We focus on stabilizing apartment buildings with deferred maintenance that have strong potential through location, amenities, parking, and a stable tenant base.
We combine data-driven acquisitions, premium renovations, and disciplined operations to transform under-managed buildings into stable, income-producing assets. Our renovation program brings older buildings to modern standards, improving interiors, addressing compliance issues, and enhancing curb appeal, producing units that attract long-term residents and outperform competing inventory.

Keith Brennan
Director, Acquisitions
Owner of Brennan Realty Inc. and co-founder of MD Equities, with more than $500 million in Los Angeles real estate transactions since 1995.
Keith Brennan is the owner of Brennan Realty Inc., specializing in the sale of multifamily, development, and commercial properties throughout Greater Los Angeles. A marketing expert with deep knowledge of today's digital real estate landscape, he blends decades of brokerage experience with cutting-edge media strategies to elevate property exposure and drive results. Since launching his commercial real estate career in 1995, Keith has completed more than $500 million in investment sales and lease transactions and built long-standing relationships with investment firms, banks, and developers across Southern California.
In addition to brokerage, Keith is the co-founder of MD Equities, a growing real estate investment firm focused on serving medical professionals. He is also the founder of BRand Marketing LA, a real estate marketing agency specializing in photography, video production, and digital advertising. A Los Angeles native and proud USC alumnus, Keith holds a B.S. in Business Administration and maintains deep ties throughout the local community.
Chuck Henderson
Director, Asset Management & Strategy
Co-founder of MD Equities with 25+ years of experience and a track record of more than 2,200 multifamily units across the western United States.
Mr. Henderson brings over 25 years of experience in multifamily acquisitions and property management, with a track record spanning more than 2,200 units across California, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah. As co-founder of MD Equities, he helps lead the firm's investment strategy and oversees value-add and acquisition initiatives for physician investors.
He has executed major repositioning projects, multiple 1031 exchanges, and managed large portfolios for private investors and family trusts. His background includes leading 700+ units in Los Angeles, a full renovation of 352 units in Phoenix, and participating in nearly 1,000 units in Las Vegas through Sienna Partners, LLC.
Mr. Henderson also founded Beverly Hills Realty Group, Inc., which has managed over 200 buildings and closed more than $1 billion in transactions. He is currently expanding MD Equities' acquisition efforts into Virginia.
Dr. Lowell Ku
Partner, Investor Relations
Award-winning fertility specialist at Dallas IVF and co-founder of MD Equities, overseeing investor relations.
Lowell T. Ku, M.D., is a nationally recognized, award-winning infertility specialist and senior physician at Dallas IVF. Board certified in OB/GYN and Reproductive Endocrinology, he has published in journals like Fertility & Sterility and presented research on PCOS and frozen embryos. Dr. Ku serves on the SREI board, co-chairs the SREI Fellows Symposium, chairs ASRM's Technology Committee, and is president elect for the Midwest Reproductive Society.
He is also president of the alumni association for St. Mark's School of Texas, has served as Chief of Staff of Forest Park Medical Center, Frisco, and is a past president of the Alumni Association Board of Trustees at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Named a Texas Super Doctor and D Magazine Best Doctor, he is affectionately known as "Dr. Knocked Up" by grateful patients.
Having personally struggled with and overcome infertility, Dr. Ku has a never-ending determination to help his patients achieve their dreams of parenthood. As co-founder of MD Equities, he oversees investor relations and supports the firm's acquisition strategy for physician investors.
Dr. Andy Huang
Partner, Investor Relations
Board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and MD Equities co-founder bringing clinical insight and strategic leadership.
Dr. Andy Huang is a nationally recognized fertility specialist and board-certified reproductive endocrinologist with over 20 years of clinical and research experience. As a co-founder of MD Equities, he brings clinical insight and strategic leadership to the firm's physician-focused investment platform.
He completed his residency and a three-year fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at UCLA Medical Center, earning the Outstanding Laparoendoscopic Award for excellence in advanced reproductive surgery. He has been widely honored with distinctions such as Top Ten Doctor, Best Doctors, Patient's Choice Award, and Compassionate Doctor Award, and his research on IVF, infertility, stem cell development, endometriosis, and PCOS has been published in leading medical journals.
He holds degrees from Northwestern University, Tufts University School of Medicine, and the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, along with an MBA in Health Management.
Dr. Said Daneshmand

Internationally recognized fertility specialist and MD Equities co-founder, a leading expert in third-party reproductive care.
Dr. Said Daneshmand is an internationally recognized fertility specialist and one of the leading experts in third-party reproductive care. He has played a key role in developing advanced IVF protocols, including the highly successful PTEC regimen, and has published influential research in Fertility and Sterility, where he also served as a reviewer. His expertise spans endometrial receptivity, next-generation sequencing, and complex IVF cases, with patients traveling from more than 40 countries for his care.
Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, he completed both his residency and fellowship at UCLA. He has received numerous honors, including the Eileen Pike Medical School Valedictorian Award and the PCRS Fellowship and Practicing Physician Research Award, and is an active member of ASRM, ESHRE, and multiple professional societies. As a co-founder of MD Equities, he brings expertise to the firm's mission of physician-aligned real estate investment.
