Our Story

Built by Physicians, for Physicians

MD Equities grew out of a private investment group of physicians who already owned and managed apartment buildings together. As the portfolio grew, so did the goal: to open the same opportunity to more medical professionals through a clear, professionally managed structure.

We invest only in real estate. Our focus is apartment buildings, with select medical office opportunities, including helping medical groups acquire the offices they currently lease. Led by partners Keith Brennan and Chuck Henderson, the team combines more than 60 years of combined real estate experience with a physician-first mission.

Unlike a general wealth or fund manager, every MD Equities offering is a single, clearly defined property, so our investors always know exactly what they own and why.
